Ingredients

  • 12 oz (raw weight) chicken breast cooked and diced
  • 3 oz reduced fat tortilla chips
  • ½ cup reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3 tbs buffalo wing sauce
  • 2 tbs light ranch dressing
  • 2 tbs blue cheese crumbles
  • ½ cup celery, diced

Cooking Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to broil
  2. Toss cooked and diced chicken breast with wing sauce
  3. Place tortilla chips in an oven safe skillet
  4. Sprinkle half the cheese over the chips
  5. Top with chicken then remaining cheese
  6. Broil until cheese is melted
  7. Drizzle with ranch dressing
  8. Finish off with blue cheese crumbles and diced celery
