Regan starts off his tri-set with 8 reps of deadlifts. After he has finished the 8 reps on deadlift, he moves right into 8 reps of bent over rows.
Regan finishes off his tri-set by performing 8 reps of barbell shrugs.
He loves performing this tri-set at the end of his workouts. He feels it gives him that next level of cardio, while smashing the back to ensure he finishes off back day with a killer pump!
