In this video, IFBB Pro, Patrick “The Future” Moore, takes us through one of his back workouts leading into the 2020 Arnold Classic.

At the time of filming, Patrick was just 6 weeks out from his show.

The workout featured a lot of lat pull down variations to really grow the meat of the lat muscle.
