Leftover Roast Turkey BLT
Continue to enjoy all the flavors of Thanksgiving (and your leftovers) while staying on point with those macros! This BLT is a great way to pack in some protein and lots of flavor!

Ingredients

  • 2 sliced favorite Low Carb Bread
  • 6oz Leftover Turkey (or cooked chicken) Breast
  • 1 slice Bacon
  • 1 Lettuce Leaf
  • ¼ cup Fresh Cranberries
  • 2 tbsp. Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • Onion and Garlic Powder, to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mix together greek yogurt and onion + garlic powder
  2. Heat cranberries and mash (add a bit of sweetener such as stevia, if desired)
  3. Cook bacon as desired
  4. Lay leaf lettuce onto 1 slice of bread
  5. Top with bacon and then roast turkey
  6. On second bread slice spread greek yogurt and cranberry ‘sauce”
  7. Sandwich together and enjoy!
