- 2 slices light rye bread
- 5oz favorite sliced deli turkey breast
- 1 slice lowfat swiss cheese
- 2 tbs sauerkraut
- ½ tbs lite thousand island dressing
- salt and pepper, as desired
- Toast bread as desired
- Layer 1 slice of toast with turkey breast, sauerkraut, dressing, and cheese
- Top with second piece of toast
- Slice in half
