Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

  1. Whisk together eggwhites, protein powder and sweetener
  2. Coat a small skillet with non stick spray
  3. Place over medium heat
  4. Pour 1/6th of batter into pan
  5. Til pan to coat bottom (this should be very thing)
  6. Allow to cook ~2 minutes
  7. Remove from pan gently
  8. Repeat until all batter is gone
  9.  In a bowl mix together yogurt and peanut powder (and sweetener, if desired)
  10. Place 2 tbs of yogurt into center of each crepe
  11. Roll up
  12. Top with a drizzle of chocolate peanut butter and peanut butter chips, if desired
