Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 1 cup non fat greek yogurt
- ⅓ scoop chocolate protein powder
- ⅓ scoop vanilla protein powder
- ⅓ scoop strawberry protein powder
- 2 tbs diced strawberries
- 2 tbs diced pineapple
- 1 tbs sugar free chocolate sauce
- 2 tbs fat free whipped topping
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 tbs walnuts, crushed
- sweetener, as desired
Cooking Instructions
- Evenly divide your greek yogurt into 3 separate bowls
- Mix chocolate protein powder with yogurt in one bowl
- Mix strawberry protein powder with yogurt in a second bowl
- Mix vanilla protein powder with yogurt in a third bowl
- Place each bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes*
- While yogurt is freezing, slice your banana in half, length wise
- After 20 minutes, remove your yogurt from the freezer
- Give each bowl a good mix (It will be firm like soft serve)
- Assemble each flavor of yogurt on top of the banana
- Finish off with toppings; strawberries, pineapple, whipped topping, walnuts, chocolate sauce and cherry
- Enjoy!
Notes:
*If you do not want an “ice cream” like texture, you can skip the freezer direction
*Additional sweetener can be mixed in with yogurt and protein powder before freezing, if desired
