Team BPI athlete, Steven Cao, is the newest member of the Muscle & Strength Breakfast Club.
And in this episode of “What Physique Pros Eat for Breakfast”, he’s going to show you exactly what he eats to start off his day.
So, gather around the table as Steven prepares his high protein egg scramble.
Whenever Steven is prepping for a show, he tries to keep things very creative. Eating the same things every day can be quite the mental challenge. So, finding little ways to change the taste and add a little flavor to your meals is very important.
The first step in making Steven’s breakfast is heating up a handful of spinach. While the spinach is heating up, he measures out the 10 ounces of egg whites and adds it to the spinach. After he’s dumped in the egg whites, he adds an additional 3 whole eggs.
Up next into the scramble is 2 ounces of lean deli turkey. After all the ingredients are in the pan, he stirs it up with his spatula, breaking the yolks and evenly distributing the turkey and spinach.
While the scramble cooks, he pours a packet of cinnamon spice oatmeal into a bowl and puts it into the microwave.
Once the eggs and oats are finished cooking, Steven adds a serving of shredded cheese and siracha to top the eggs, and a half scoop of BPI Iso HD to the oats.
