Team GAT athlete Sadik Hadzovic swung by the Muscle & Strength HQ to share some of his top training tips.
After switching from Men’s Physique to Classic Physique, Sadik had to add a lot of leg mass in a short amount of time.
In this video, he gives us his top two exercises for building overall quad density.
Exercise 1: Front Squat
When performing the front squat, Sadik likes to keep rep counts between 10-16 reps per set.
To do this exercise, make sure your feet are shoulder width apart, keep your chest heavy, and never lean over the bar.
Exhale on the way up and inhale on the way down.
Exercise 2: Goblet Squat
At the end of his leg workouts, Sadik likes to do the goblet squat. Goblet squats are traditionally performed with a dumbbell.
Grab the appropriate weighted dumbbell, hold it underneath your chin, and perform squats with your feet slightly further than shoulder width apart.
