In this video Anton takes us to two fast food restaurants to show us how an IFBB Physique Pro is able to make any food menu work for with his/her diet.

Do you ever find yourself stuck on the go with no other food option to choose from other than fast food?

It can be quite the predicament and if you don’t know what to order, it might even throw you slightly off your diet.

So, when Nutrex athlete and IFBB Physique Pro, Anton Antipov came to town, we took him out to lunch and limited it to strictly fast food options.

While going through the drive-thru of two fairly popular fast food chains, Anton gives us two options of what to eat including an option for those on prep and another for those in the offseason.

Wendy’s

The first option Anton picks at Wendy’s is a Power Mediterranean Chicken Salad with the dressing on the side.

The second option Anton picks (for those lean bulking) is a plain grilled chicken sandwich with a plain baked potato. This gives him a good carb source, a clean protein source, and some veggies.

Sonic

After finishing up at Wendy’s, Anton drives to Sonic. At Sonic, since Sonic serves breakfast as well throughout the day, Anton tries to give us both a breakfast and lunch option.

The breakfast option Anton chooses is a sausage breakfast burrito without cheese.

The lunch option Anton picks is a plain double cheeseburger without cheese and a side of natural cut French fries.

What are some of your healthier and macro-friendly go-to options when eating fast food? Let us know in the comments section below!

Hi Andrew,

Thanks for chiming in! I love Whataburger! It's too bad they don't really have them where we are located. They really need to expand that franchise. Gunna try that out next time I see one!
