HIIT Outdoor Combat Cardio Workout w/ Gerardo Gabriel

We recently traveled down to Orlando, FL to meet up with Nutrex athlete Gerardo Gabriel just days after the Orlando Europa.

While hanging out with Gerardo he shared with us a couple of his nutrition and training tips.

He also took us through a couple of his favorite workouts.

In this particular video, Gerardo shows us his favorite HIIT circuit to burn fat.

His outdoor combat circuit involves a lot of the training styles he picked up while serving as a U.S. Marine.
