On this episode of our popular Full Day of Eating Youtube series, Primeval Labs athlete Stephanie Sanzo shows us what she eats during a fat loss phase in her diet.
Stephanie follows the vertical diet to maximize her powerlifting performance.
For her first meal, she alternates between steak and spinach and an egg omelet. Today, she opts for an egg omelet. The omelet consists of 3 eggs, ham, spinach, and tomato.
Meal 2 is a lower calorie meal. It consists of smoked salmon, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and orange juice.
Her pre-training meal is steak, spinach, carrots, blueberries, and a cup of chicken stock.
The fourth and final meal of Steph’s day is rice, chicken, and a fair amount of salt.
