M&S weekly email newsletter sends you workouts, articles and motivation based on your goal.
Traveling should never be an excuse to ditch your training.
However, it is tempting to do so when you see the lack of equipment in hotel gyms.
That’s why when Nutrex athlete Anton Antipov came to town, we asked him to show us a routine he’d typically use while on the road.
He set up several stations and took the circuit approach to crush his workout.
Check out the video for a full description of the routine and follow along the workout table below the next time you consider ditching your training while traveling.
|1a. Incline Dumbbell Rows||6||10-12|
|1b. Incline Dumbbell Press||6||10-12|
|1c. Dumbbell Pushups||6||10-12|
|1d. Dumbbell Shoulder Press||6||10-12|
|1e. Static Dumbbell Lunges||6||10-12|
|1f. Medicine Ball Crunches||6||10-12|
|1g. Alternating Dumbbell Curls||6||10-12|
|1h. Wall Tricep Push||6||10-12|
Anton performs 6 rounds of this circuit, 10-12 reps per exercise, and rests for 60 seconds after each complete circuit.
What do you think of this circuit? Let us know if you try it out while traveling/vacationing this summer!
