Traveling should never be an excuse to ditch your training.
However, it is tempting to do so when you see the lack of equipment in hotel gyms.
That’s why when Nutrex athlete Anton Antipov came to town, we asked him to show us a routine he’d typically use while on the road.
He set up several stations and took the circuit approach to crush his workout.
