Its the only time I'll have before getting my kids ready for school. I can't eat anything before workouts because i get sick, I want to start a pre-workout but no so sure what kind. what could I eat after working out. I'm new to this any help will be appreciated.

These were suprisingly very nice with bacon as i don't like cottage cheese or cucumber, tasted awesome together though and a good way to get cottage cheese into my diet.

You should try to get in 2 full meals before working out; however occasionally when pressed for time after breakfast is fine. Eat 1 cup of oatmeal, 3 full eggs and 3 egg whites, and 2 pieces of toast. I know it sounds like a lot brother, but you'll get used to it. You need more calories before you work out, believe me. Wait half hour, than have a protein shake, and also a energy supplement:jackedup, if you want. Good Luck!
