Dear Lisa, did you really mean 3 tablespoons of chilli powder or should it have been 3 teaspoons? And does tomato sauce mean low sodium ketchup or does it mean something more like passata? Alexa

Hi Ryan,
I add the turkey and onions first and let it it start to cook. Then I take a big spoon and break apart the pieces to ensure it cooks thoroughly. Let me know how you like it!

Are you supposed to brown the turkey first? Confused about the part where it says add turkey, crumble turkey...

I love this recipe. It was published in a Men's Health or Men's Fitness article years ago and called hot-body chili. Do you have the other recipes that were in the article? I have misplaced them. One was for a lasagna rollup type dish and the other was for a burrito with rotisserie chicken and black beans.

Hi Floyd,
Thanks! This recipe is one of my families favorites too. Sorry to say I don't have that recipe. It sounds good.
