Ingredients
- 2lbs chicken breast, cut into chunks
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- ½ cup SpiceMode Madras seasoning (or your favorite brand)
- 4 medium sweet potatoes, cut into wedges
- Paprika
Cooking Instructions
- Combine chicken, broccoli and madras seasoning in a bowl
- Cover with a lid and allow it to sit for 20 minutes in the refrigerator
- While meat is marinating, heat up grill and sprinkle sliced sweet potatoes with paprika or seasoning of choice
- Gently add chicken cubes and broccoli to skewers*
- Place skewers and sweet potatoes on grill
- Discard remaining marinade
- Cook skewers until chicken is cooked through and sweet potatoes are tender
Note: if using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 20 minutes before placing on a warm grill
