  • 1.5 lbs. Turkey Cutlets
  • ½ cup slices Black Olives
  • ½ cup reduced-fat Feta Cheese
  • ½ cup sliced Cherry Tomato
  • 2 cups Green Beans
  • 1 tsp. Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper, to taste.

Cooking Instructions

  1. Sautee green beans in olive oil over medium heat until tender.
  2. Toss with salt and pepper, to taste.
  3. Grill turkey cutlets until cooked through.
  4. Divide cutlets among 2 plates.
  5. Sprinkle cutlets with olives, feta, tomato and some fresh mint, if desired.
  6. Serve with green beans.
