- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup peaches
- ½ cup rasberries
- 1 ½ cups Greek yogurt
- 3 tsp honey
- 1 ½ protein powder
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- Place fruit into separate bowls and microwave each for 90 seconds.
- Add in ½ cup Greek yogurt, 1 tsp. honey and half a scoop of protein into each bowl and stir.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper and layer the mixture on.
- Top with shredded coconut and cover with cling film. Add stick if desired.
- Freeze for 2 hours and enjoy immediately or store in freezer.
