- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1 scoop Muscle Gauge Nutrition Cinnamon Whey Isolate
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup black brewed coffee
- 2 tbs apple sauce
- 1 tsp baking powder
- Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
- Optional peanut butter to swirl on top
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Blend all ingredients together well except cinnamon topping and peanut butter topping. Pour into 2 greased or oiled up ramekins. Sprinkle cinnamon on top and swirl in optional peanut butter.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
