- 3 scoops (102g) NutriForce Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- ¾ c (84g) Almond Flour
- 2 tbs (14g) Coconut Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tbs (28g) SweetSpreads Maple Pancake Coconut Butter, melted
- 1 tbs (21g) Honey
- 1 tsp Liquid Stevia, optional
- 1/3c + 1 tbs Coconut Milk
- Whisk together dry ingredients.
- Add in wet ingredients.
- Continue mixing until combined (this will take some mixing).
- Refrigerate mix for 15 minutes.
- Remove from refrigerator and roll into desired size bites.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
This recipe makes 20 bites.
