Josh graduated from the University of South Carolina in 2013 with a Bachelors of Arts and Science. He works as the Web Content Manager at Muscle & Strength, striving to bring M&S readers the most important and relevant content possible.

Josh is a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), holds a specialization in women’s specific health and fitness (WFS), is currently studying to obtain a specialization in nutrition (FNS), and has his eyes set on becoming a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) next.
