Kurt Weidner shares what he believes to be the most beneficial sources for his macronutrients. Not only is it important to get the required amounts of protein, carbs and fats, but their sources come in to play as well. Kurt doesn't look like he does from eating bologna and French fries! Hey brother kinda new to the game here excuse the lack of knowlege. Just thought I would pick your brain from a minute. I am a Police Officer and always on the go. I was wondering if you had a sample meal plan for a day so I could copy and tweak it to make mulitiple daily meal plans to have during the week. I am 32 years old 192 lbs in good shape but wish to add 15-20 lbs of muscle. I have had blood work done to check my testosterone and it showed low levels. I am currently working with my Doctor to raise those levels and wish to maximize its potential. From various things I have read on this site this seems to be the starting ground for a male my size with my intentions. 3700 calories, 500g Carbs, 300g protein and no more than 50g of fat. Does this seem to be right? If you have any suggetions and time to share them, please feel free to contact me. Thank you again and I look forward to more of your videos.
