Looking for two unique shoulder exercises that you probably haven't done before? Look no further and give these a shot to detail your cannonball delts!

When it comes to building those stubborn shoulders, sometimes you need to surprise them with new movements.

That’s why when we met up with Team Dymatize Athlete, David Morin, we got his opinion on some unique deltoid moves.

He didn’t disappoint, giving us two unique movements we had never seen before.

David puts a little twist on two classic shoulder exercises to really ramp up their intensity.

David uses these two deltoid techniques himself to bring out his own "cannon ball delts".

The first movement utilizes two 25lb plates. Using the weight, in a circular motion, you’re going to perform an exercise that is similar to the classic Arnold press.

When rotating, make sure the weight is snug on your forearms to elicit some awesome deltoid development.

The second movement targets the rear delts.

You’re going to need a resistance band and two dumbbells. You’re going to want to make sure these dumbbells are lighter than what you’d normally use for a rear delt fly. This movement is more about focusing on creating detail for your delts and less about moving a lot of weight.

Wrap your wrists with the resistance band and squeeze the weight back as if you were performing reps on a rear pec deck fly machine. This motion is about building the strong stabilizing muscles of the shoulders. Doing so will have a great carry over to your chest, back, and arm training.

David recommends performing both of these exercises as a finisher on your shoulder training days.
