Most likely people looking at this site for a chest workout are not geniouses as you so intelligently describe them. Technically a superset is two sets done in succession without a break and a triset is three sets done in the same fashion. And no, I am not shocked to see snarky comments by pretentious assholes on a weightlifting comment section.

What does press a 3 rep max mean?... aim for enough weight for you to do 3 reps per set
too much volume! a good workout is 10-20 sets, not 30-40..
