Most likely people looking at this site for a chest workout are not geniouses as you so intelligently describe them. Technically a superset is two sets done in succession without a break and a triset is three sets done in the same fashion. And no, I am not shocked to see snarky comments by pretentious assholes on a weightlifting comment section.

Isn't 44 sets way too much volume?

If you don't know what a triset is, think this is too many sets, or don't know what weight to use I'll put it simply for you.

Find another routine in the beginner's section.

What does press a 3 rep max mean?... aim for enough weight for you to do 3 reps per set
