A vegetarian fruit shake from figure competitor Nichole Ohrablo that's sure to put some zippety in yer doo-dah! Uses bananas and raspberries.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup organic frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 scoop vegan vanilla protein plus
  • 1/2 serving of "barleans" greens natural berry flavor
  • 1/2 tbs raw coconut butter
  • 5g glutamine
  • 1 cup spring water

Cooking Instructions

Blend, serve...then fly off to conquer the world!

Instead of using coconut butter, just add 2 tbsp of organic dehydrated unsweetened coconut flakes. Yum!
