- 8-12oz. Unsweetened Soy or Cashew Milk*
- 1 cup Ice
- 1 scoop Vega Vegan Protein Powder (or Protein of choice)
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 pump Amoretti Sugar-Free Amaretto Syrup
- 1 handful Roasted, Unsalted Cashews**
Cooking Instructions
Add all ingredients to blender in above order, and blend until smooth.
Drink, enjoy, gainz.
Notes:
* Milk can be replaced with water to reduce calories
** Optional, but they add protein and creaminess to shake (calories/fat as well)

Can I substitute maple syrup instead of the amoretti syrup?
