well first of all thank you for this great workout
but I dont see any ab workout
what kinds of ab workouts could O add and where do I add them? Thanks a lot.
Shaun I have just a few questions that I would hope you would be able to answer. First I am trying to find the right program for me. I am currently over weight and want to loss about 40 pounds. I have looked through several different workouts especially the ones in the fat loss section however I always seem to come back to your workouts. I am no stranger to the gym I have been in one since I was 13. But I was always in sports and told to workout a certain way to gain mass and strength.
With all that being said which do you think would be the best workout to use. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance.
