While working as a freelance writer, Megan became interested in strength training and women's fitness. She obtained Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Sepcialist certifications from NASM to enhance her understanding of strength training.

Relocation to Columbia, South Carolina allowed Megan to join the Muscle & Strength team and combine her interests in writing and fitness.

Outside of work, Megan enjoys travel, diving, cooking, good coffee, and cats…mostly cats.
