Matt Weik graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Kinesiology and a minor in Business back in 2005 but has been on a mission to make America healthy way before that.

Matt has been active in the fitness industry and changing lives since 2002.  He was a strength and conditioning coach for a high school as well as a personal trainer and service director for a chain of 3 gyms.  Matt was also a DJ working for a well known radio station associated with CBS.

It wasn't until 2007 that he decided to leave working at the gyms and get into the supplement industry.  He is now a regional manager for MET-Rx/Worldwide Nutrition (a division of NBTY).

Even though he left the fitness industry, he has never lost his passion for fitness.  Matt continues to work with people over the internet to help them achieve their health and fitness goals as well as goals in life.  When he finds spare time in his busy schedule, he writes articles and does interviews for many well known internet sites and fitness magazines.  Matt is also an author and researcher with his own fitness book and published research on exercise dependence.
