A genetically average lifter who’s dabbled in both bodybuilding and powerlifting, Luke developed Luke Briggs Fitness to help others realize their full potential in both fitness and life.

His work has been published in media outlets such as Yahoo! Sports, Breaking Muscle and Stack.

Luke’s journey into the fitness industry began when his passion for training became an obsession. Tired of never being one of the bigger, stronger guys in school, he put on 40 pounds of life-changing muscle.

His transformation gave him the confidence to quit his desk job and become a full-time personal trainer.

Still, as someone who coaches others on changing their bodies, he wasn’t completely satisfied with his physique.

So Luke trained for and competed in his first bodybuilding show to prove he doesn’t just talk the talk, but he also walks the walk.
