After college I found myself out of shape, overweight and pretty much feeling useless. I had ballooned up to 253 pounds and couldn't walk 2 minutes on the treadmill without getting winded. It was then that I decided to change. I tossed out all the junk food from my cupboards, hit the gym and never looked back.
Within 6 months I was down to 203 pounds and in great shape. A friend of mine suggested I look into personal training, and I did.
For the last 7 years I have been helping others reach their goals. My primary area of focus is weight loss and conditioning, but I also have a love for the muscle building process, and enjoy reading and writing about protein powder and high protein recipes. I also enjoy creating workouts for women, and helping my female clients build strong but sexy physiques.
