Jason Kelly B.S. graduated from Temple University in Exercise Science and has been an exercise physiologist and a massage therapist for over 20 years. He served as a fitness director for many years in many different facilities developing their fitness, health and strength programs as well as teaching trainer workshops.

From all his experience as a director, he became an educator. He taught workshops to strength coaches, athletic trainers and physical therapist at Villanova University and in the local areas to personal trainers as well.

It was Jason's strong passion from playing sports at the age of five that inspired him to study the body, biomechanics and movement. He played soccer for 13 and rugby for 15 years. Jason knows what it takes to be, train and develop an athlete from the ground up and fosters this approach in his clients to maximize their strength, speed, power and conditioning, athlete or not. At the age of 45, Jason still trains and plays sports today.

Nowadays, Jason teaches workshops based on his books, The Balanced Body, Your Breath Is Your Power and NAT-Faster, Leaner, Stronger, and continues to write to inspire and influence society. He continues to train, consult and hold workshops in the USA and internationally for personal trainers, sports teams, coaches, athletes, the general population and corporate health programs.

Jason is constantly studying scientific research and trends to expand his knowledge about the human body to develop highly effective training programs.
