Brandon Larkin

Brandon Larking is an ACSM Certified Personal Trainer who trains clients out of Baseline Fitness in Columbus, OH. He also participates in MMA and BJJ training.

My name is Brandon Larkin. I was born and reside in Columbus, OH, home of the original Arnold Classic. (Jealous??? Ha!)

I am a Certified Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine.

I train out of Baseline Fitness, a private Human Performance Laboratory, in which I provide:

  • Customized training plans for all age groups and fitness levels
  • VO2 Max Assessments
  • BodPod Body Composition Assessments
  • Resting Metabolism Assessments

I made a significant change in my life 10 years ago when I was 70lbs overweight. I had no help, only my own desire and motivation. I did whatever it took to lose the weight and live healthy. It was a long and tough road.

My goal in the Health & Fitness industry is to provide people the help that I didn't have. Proper guidance and motivation can really go a long way in a persons weight loss journey.

I am a student and competitor in the world of MMA and Brazilian JiuJitsu. I have been training BJJ since I was 12. I am planning on turning professional as a fighter within the next 1-2 years.

My philosophy on training is simple: work hard.

In this day and age we are consumed with the newest program, shortcut, or social media exposure of what you're doing. That's awesome, but we need to get back to simply getting in the gym and working hard. Hard work yields results!!!
