Hi Andrew,

I was wondering if you might have a printed out workout plan that you have suggested, and that I can take with me to the gym. Also, if you have any suggestions of a good nutrition plan.

Thank you!

Hey Andrew,

I getting ready to start your Fast 4 plan and I have been out of the gym for about 3 or 4 months. I wanted to know if you had any suggestions on figuring out what weight I should be starting out with. I figured you would be able to point me in the direction of a chart or index.

Hey! Since the first block of the program is pretty high rep you can just start the program and pick a lighter weight and just estimate. Then if the first set feels too light just go up for the next set until you find the best weight for the rep scheme. After a few sets you should be able to find a weight pretty easily. Good luck on the program and feel free to let me know how you like it!
