With prices going up, I searched for other protein powders and found Rule 1 to have the same amount of protein per serving, less sugar and less sodium for a slightly low cost than another brand I usually purchase. While it mixes well in a shaker bottle and the taste is good, it just does not seem to be a very strong chocolate taste for being "chocolate fudge". Overall I am happy with the product.*

The volume is great, especially compared to other whey powders. The s'mores flavor is strong and great, the toasted cinnamon cereal is a bit milder on the flavor. Both are pretty naturally sweet, in a good way*
