I didn't think to look at the ingredients to see if it had wheat in it since I am gluten intolerant, but my eyes don't get puffy, and I don't get digestive problems so it's probably just because it's made in a facility that processes wheat. I tried this because I got a Ronnie Coleman pre workout and really liked it and this is another good supplement and a great brand that I have discovered*

This protein mixes incredibly well. Never grainy or clumpy. However, the "Strawberry Cheesecake" flavor neither tastes like strawberry OR cheesecake. Is has a very mild vanilla taste. Powder is great. Taste is bleh.*

Deff one of the better chocolate flavors doesnt taste chalky and. As far as the brand beyond impressided with solubility and most importantly. The sodium lvls usually add up when you double scoop it where i dont have that isue with this product line *

I really enjoy this. Strawberry mixed really well in milk, plain yogurt or OJ. Not too sweet or overpowering in artificial flavoring. Great sale price on the 10 lb. bag and the label reflects a somewhat higher formula quality than expected (contains some isolate!) for the price point. Tasty and recommended.*

Love using M&S... but this review is solely on the Ronnie Coleman king whey. Sorry but it is horrible. The taste of the chocolate is horrible. Couldn't stomach it. And made my stomach upset. I admire Mr Coleman as an athlete, but someone sold out on the production of this product. I drink my protein with just water, and there is no way, the smell alone is off putting. Probably throwing this 5lb away. I won't use it.*
