I didn't think to look at the ingredients to see if it had wheat in it since I am gluten intolerant, but my eyes don't get puffy, and I don't get digestive problems so it's probably just because it's made in a facility that processes wheat. I tried this because I got a Ronnie Coleman pre workout and really liked it and this is another good supplement and a great brand that I have discovered*

This protein mixes incredibly well. Never grainy or clumpy. However, the "Strawberry Cheesecake" flavor neither tastes like strawberry OR cheesecake. Is has a very mild vanilla taste. Powder is great. Taste is bleh.*
