As a dietary supplement take 1 tablet per day with a glass of water. To assess tolerance, take 1/2 tablet with a glass of water by breaking a tablet in half. Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water per day. Caffeine has a diuretic effect. Read warnings below.

This product is only intended as a dietary supplement by healthy adults. Use only as directed, at your sole risk. Do not use if pregnant or nursing. Do not use if you are under 18. Do not take within 5 hours of bedtime. Never exceed suggested use. One serving (200mg) caffeine is equivalent to about 2 cups of coffee. For occasional use only. Caffeine sensitive individuals may experience symptoms including (but not limited to) restlessness, nervousness, tremors, anxiety, increased heart rate or difficulty sleeping. Consult a medical doctor if you have any medical condition or before starting any diet or exercise program. Do not combine with other sources of caffeine. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with. Store in a cool, dry place. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN.
