Not sure about the claims of metabolism support (really love their ultra black pills) but sleep support is so unique (at least to me). When I take 5mg of melatonin, I fall asleep within 40min. But with this I need to take it an hour before bed time BUT I stay asleep the whole 8 hours. I had never had sleep this deep and peaceful, glad I bought 2 bottles*

I've been taking this product for a couple of months now and I'm not sure if it's helping specifically, however, I have lost just over 15 lbs through a combination of diet, exercise, and supplementation.
