Ryse protein is a good brand. Flavors are typically good, mixes well. The strawberry short cake tastes too processed so unless you’re in love with strawberry I would stay away from that one. *

This is an amazing tasting protein powder. If I’m honest, I use it primarily to make healthy low carb, high protein ice cream that’s fine for my diabetes. It makes the most wonderful ice cream when simply mixed with skimmed milk, nothing else. It tastes absolutely gorgeous, the Strawberry Shortcake Rolls flavour is by far the best I’ve found for this purpose, and I’ll be using it again and again.*
