Like the thick consistency compared to thinner whey proteins. The birthday cake flavor isn’t a miss per se but it also isn’t the best birthday cake flavor protein I’ve had. But very solid. If you’re looking for a birthday cake flavor and worried about being disappointed, you’d be fine to get this one. *
