Incredible dosing. Only thing missing is the kitchen sink. Has slot of elements specific to body building. Only downside is one serving is THREE horse pills. You can stagger them though so you don't pee out the majority*

I am not sure if it is working. But they do not taste bad and I notice a decent difference in my recovery and overall wellness. I would recommend taking this product away from workout times though. *
