My favorite flavour its Blue Razz lemonade, But thats because i love blue colour flavours. However the cherry lemonade has also a good taste.*

EAA’s are hard to judge for me but hey it tastes better than water intra lift so why not. I tend to use my EAA’s about half strength (half scoop) with lots of water like a healthier Gatorade I guess *
