Ronnie Coleman King Carb XS flavors Cotton Candy and Lemonade are tasty. I drink it with a meal after I work out or just when I feel I need those carbs throughout the day. It's a good post-workout recovery product to add to your regimen. I suggest you try the cotton candy first, it's sweet and tasty. If it's too sweet for you just add more water!*

I mix 3 scoops of king carb xs with water drink while I’m working out. I’m impressed with it because it give me long lasting energy my entire workout. The taste is very good. Could be a little sweet at times. I also mix one scoop after my workout with some BCAA for recovery.*
