Purchased this more so just for during the day go to aminos and also some energy if required. I wouldn't say energy wise you feel the effects. Based on the fact my stack has a pre, intra and post my stim tolerance is high, so best if you are after an energy hit but good with stims look elsewhere. Cant fault it is a product but just isnt fit for purpose if you have higher tolerance. Flavour was a little 'cheap' tasting. Like Ronnie Coleman stuff, just taste a little flat compared to other EAA/BCAA.*
