It’s good,but pro supps had better pre work which I had tried before ,nevertheless it gets the job done of giving you a good workout *

I love it Works great no Crash go hard all day long with only taking one scoop as directed. I feel that this is the only one that actually does something that I can tell a difference in a good way I know there’s a lot of pre-workouts out there and everybody is different in their own way so my opinion, find something that works for you and do it. I’ve been working out Pretty much all my life just started going to the gym this past year and using pre-workout I would highly recommend this product with someone in the same category as I am*

Nowhere near as strong as advertised. Try 1/2 scoop to test tolerance??? Can’t even feel half scoop. One scoop doesn’t do the trick. We take 2 full scoops to get anything comparable to C4. But we dose 2 scoops of that as well. Maybe tolerance is just high. Anyway won’t be buying this product again. *
