I take this product regularly, and even with an age of 60 I do not find it hard to maintain and even increase muscle mass. Keeping muscle mass at senior age is one of the most important things we could do for staying vital and healthy, and also for fighting diseases if they come. This product helps me recuperate from my daily training routines. Also, it tastes okay, even if that doesn't matter so much for me. I like the combination of amino acids in this products. And since I only eat one meal a day, this product gives me the amino acids I need during the day. I take some of it before my morning workout, and also in the evening. Works perfect for me.*
