One of the best gainers I’ve come across. Good mixture of calories, protein, vitamins and Creatine without too many additives. It’s one of the only gainers with which I’ve had consistent success.  I like to mix two scoops with 8 ounces of water and 4 ounces of milk. It gives it a good consistency. Do that twice a day (once on off days). The taste is above average. Highly recommended, overall. *

Got this for my husband. He has more of an ectomorph type body, real hard time gaining weight. He absolutely loves the flavors. He said out of everything he has tried, these are by far the best!
