I'm a big fan of branch chain amino acids and taking them intra-workout so I can help recover after intensive training in the gym. The only problem I have with this one is they want you to take one an 1/2 scoops a serving. I just take one or two scoops depending upon what body parts I work that day.*

The intense peach rings flavour is the best flavour I have ever had tasted in the BCAA world, I’ll stick with this one for a while 100/10 !
The southern sweet tee was really disappointing, tastes like someone tried to make Arizona ice tea and left it in the basement sealed for a while at your grandmas house, sadly need to give a 3/10. *

Bought this product when it was on sale to add more L-Leucine to my diet. Too early to notice any effects.
Beware that BCAAs taste pungent. BCAAs have smelled & tasted terrible for years and this product is only a slight improvement. Don’t expect actual “peach ring candy” flavor. Expect to hold your nose while putting back a bitter drink of slightly burnt soy sauce/hay/coconut aminos covered by a mild peach candy flavor. This product is by far better than the thick cough syrup like substance that I drank 10 years ago, but is still rather unpleasant. *
