Flavor is really good. I just started taking this product, so I don't have a lot to say about it at the moment. I take BCAA for the recovery aspect post workout. I have been less sore and energized.*

It is a none flavoured so it is pretty straightforward to say the least. Not a bad product I will use it in the morning before morning cardio.*
